EP444 Terms & Conditions – Complete Platform Usage Guidelines

EP444 (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") is an online betting and gaming service provider. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between EP444 and its members.

It is the member's sole responsibility to read and understand these Terms. EP444 reserves the right to amend them at any time and will notify members in advance of any changes.

Registering on EP444 requires meeting certain mandatory conditions. Failure to comply may prevent account creation or result in the account being suspended at a later stage.

• Age Restriction: You must be 18 years of age or older to register on EP444. Accounts found to belong to underage users will be closed immediately.
• One account: Each individual may only create one EP444 account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, all accounts may be closed and balances forfeited.
• Accurate information: The name, date of birth, phone number, and address provided at registration must be accurate. Incorrect information may cause issues during verification.
• One mobile number: A single mobile number can only be linked to one EP444 account.

Members are required to complete identity verification before making their first withdrawal at EP444, or after reaching a certain transaction threshold. This process is in place to protect our members.

Documents that may be required for verification:

• A scanned copy of your National ID (NID) or passport.
• Selfie photo (holding your ID).
• Screenshot of the payment method used (e.g., bKash number confirmation).

Once verification is complete, it does not need to be repeated. EP444 aims to complete the verification process within 72 hours.

EP444 currently supports deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Bank transfers and cryptocurrency are also accepted.

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 (two hundred BDT).
• Deposit time: Mobile banking deposits are typically credited within 1–5 minutes.
• Currency: All transactions on EP444 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• Unauthorized source: Depositing using another person's payment method is not permitted.
• Deposit refund: Unplayed deposits are generally refundable, though processing times may apply.

The following rules apply to all withdrawals from EP444. These policies are in place to protect members and prevent money laundering.

• Same Method: Withdrawals are generally processed to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Processing time: Standard members: 24 hours; Gold VIP: 12 hours; Platinum: 6 hours; Diamond: 1 hour.

• Bonus Balance: The bonus portion cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met.

EP444 reserves the right to conduct additional verification on any withdrawal request that appears unusual or suspicious.

The following activities are strictly prohibited at EP444. Violations may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of balances.

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Creating an account using another person's identity or personal information.
• Betting using software bots or automated tools.
• Intentionally exploiting any technical error or bug.
• Using EP444 for money laundering or any form of illegal fund transfers.
• Abuse of promotions and bonuses (including arbitrage betting).
• Colluding with other members.
• Attempting to interfere with or compromise the site's security systems.

EP444 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these terms and conditions.
• Evidence of suspicious financial activity or fraud.
• Failure to complete account verification or providing false information.
• Extended period of inactivity (12 months).

Members may request to close their account at any time. Please ensure your balance is withdrawn before the account is closed.
